Тише едешь – дальше будешь

Ти́ше е́дешь – да́льше бу́дешь.
Translation:
The quieter you go, the further you'll get.
Meaning:
This proverb reminds us to take things easy and think before doing them. It's an equivalent of English sayings "slow and steady wins the race", "longest way round is the shortest way home" and so on.
