Не имей сто рублей, а имей сто друзей

Не име́й сто рубле́й, а име́й сто друзе́й.

Translation:

Don't have a hundred rubles, but have a hundred friends.

Meaning:

Money come and goes, but friends stay and will always make your like more complete regardless of whether you have money or not.
