Cat in the theatrer

Идёт спекта́кль в теа́тре. В зри́тельном за́ле на плече́ у мужчи́ны сиди́т кот и тара́щится на сце́ну. Cмо́трит внима́тельно, и ви́дно, что происходя́щее на сце́не его́ интересу́ет. Сосе́д э́той па́рочки уви́дел всё э́то и говори́т:
– На́до же, како́й заинтересо́ванный у вас кот! Никогда́ тако́го не ви́дел.
На что владе́лец кота́ отвеча́ет:
– Ничего́ удиви́тельного. Кот чита́л пье́су, и тепе́рь ему́ интере́сно, что с ней сде́лал режиссёр.

In English

Performance in a theatre. On one of the seats there is a man with a cat on his shoulder. The cat is attentively staring at the stage and is clearly interested about what's happening on the stage. A man on the next seat sees all this and says:
- Wow, what an interested cat! I have never seen such a thing.
The owner of the cat answers:
- Nothing surprising. The cat has read the play and now is interested what the play director did to it.
