Two “new Russians” in a restaurant

Дво́е “но́вых ру́сских” в рестора́не:
– Официа́нт! Графи́н во́дки и два стака́на!
Официа́нт ста́вит на стол графи́н во́дки и стака́ны. Стака́ны вверх до́нышком. Оди́н “но́вый ру́сский” изумлённо смо́трит на свой стака́н:
– Вот гад! Стака́ны све́рху запа́яны!
Второ́й приподнима́ет осторо́жно свой стака́н:
– А мой ещё и без до́нышка…

Two "new Russians" in the restaurant:
- Waiter! A carafe of vodka and two glasses!
The waiter puts the carafe of vodka and two glasses on the table. The glasses are upside down. One "new Russian" looks at his glass in amazement:
- What a bastard! The glasses are sealed on the top!
The second one lifts his glass carefully:
- And mine is also without a bottom...
