A bear woke up in his den

Просну́лся медве́дь в берло́ге. На у́лице зима́, дуба́к и есть ужа́сно хо́чется. Пошёл в дере́вню, ви́дит – в сара́е ло́шадь стои́т, се́но жуёт. Медве́дь и говори́т:
– Ло́шадь, я тебя́ съем!
А ло́шадь ему́ в отве́т:
– А меня́ есть нельзя́.
– Э́то почему́?
– А я колхо́зная.
– А чем дока́жешь?
– Вот у меня́ сза́ди напи́сано. Сам посмотри́!
Поле́з медве́дь смотре́ть, а ло́шадь ему́ как даст копы́том. Очну́лся медве́дь спустя́ не́сколько часо́в в сугро́бе и ду́мает:
– И чего́ я туда́ поле́з? Я ведь и чита́ть-то не уме́ю…

In English

A bear woke up in his den. It's winter outside, very cold, and he is very hungry. He went to the village and saw a horse standing in a shed, chewing the hay. The bear says:
- Hey horse, I'm gonna eat you!
The horse replies:
- I can not be eaten.
- Why is that?
- I belong to kolkhoz.
- How do you prove it?
- It's written on my back end. Have a look yourself!
The bear goes to have a look and the horse kicks him with her hoof. The bear wakes up a few hours later in a snowdrift and thinks:
- And why did I try to look at all? I don't even know how to read...

En français

Un ours s'est réveillé dans sa tanière. C'est l'hiver dehors, il fait très froid et il a très faim. Il est allé au village et a vu un cheval debout dans un hangar en train de manger du foin. L'ours dit:
- Hé cheval, je vais te manger!
Le cheval répond:
- Je ne peux pas être mangé.
- Pourquoi donc?
- J'appartiens à kolkhoz.
- Qu’est ce qui le prouve ?
- C'est écrit sur mon dos. Jette un œil !
L'ours va jeter un coup d'œil et le cheval lui donne un coup de pied. L'ours se réveille quelques heures plus tard dans une congère et pense:
- Et pourquoi j’ai regardé ? Je ne sais même pas lire ...

A kolkhoz (колхоз) is a contraction of "коллективное хозяйство" (collective ownership) was a form of collective farm in the Soviet Union that began to emerge in Soviet agriculture after the October Revolution of 1917.
